Our mission is to conduct applied social research with and for social service agencies and small businesses, and their clients or customers to improve client and customer services, the quality of work life, and agency and business viability.

Laura Rizzardini has completed all but her doctoral dissertation in Sociology.  Her fields of special study include adolescents, violence, gangs, and health care.  She teaches college courses about criminology, cultural diversity, and work and occupations.  Her experience in applied research includes ten years in corrections and health care.  She is a member of the American Evaluation Association and the Chicago Evaluation Association.  In addition, she founded and volunteered for More World Change, an after school program, in partnership with the Chicago Park District.  Laura’s focus on detail, protection of the rights and privacy of human subjects, and insight inform every project.
